I was happy to see the first edition of The “Latin American Music Awards” A great celebration which honored today’s most influential and iconic Latin artists. The Latin Music Awards is voted by the fans in the traditional format of the “American Music Awards,” the world’s biggest fan-voted award show. The two-hour show will feature performances by chart-topping artists such as Farruko , Maluma ,Daddy Yankee, and many more.

Noticeably absent were some of the night’s biggest nominees and biggest winners, like Nicky Jam, Enrique Iglesias, J Balvin and Romeo Santos.
Iglesias was the night’s biggest winner with five wins, including Artist of the Year and Favorite Male Artist. Nicky Jam had six nominations and won Song of the Year, Single of the Year, Favorite Collaboration and Favorite Streaming Song for his hit “El Perdón” featuring Iglesias.
